Cannot beat this location. Right next to Slaughter Pen and easy rides to Back 40, Little Sugar, Coler, and downtown. Host was very responsive to us regarding a couple of minor issues.

the stay was fantastic. The building is beautiful and well set up. The sitting area outside was perfect for morning coffee and a great view of the trails. the trails were literally in the back yard. Best location next to slaughter pen Ive stayed. Luke was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. One of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of dealing with. highly recommend and I will be returning!
